  • What amenities are included at The Cottontail?

    Both rooms equiped with Double Bed, with free Wi-Fi and heating. Towels, Shampoo, Body Wash, hairdryer are also provided. The two rooms share the same bathroom on the same floor. You also have full aceess to the shared areas including a fully equiped kitchen, dinning room, TV room and the back garden.



    One-off hygiene items are not provided such as Tooth brush, Tooth paste and Slippers.

  • Who do I share the property with?

    I am living in the property with two indoor free roam rabbits. Also I am renting out two rooms.

  • Can I get a private bathroom?

    The two rooms share the same bathroom on the same floor. If you book both rooms together, you will get the whole floor and the bathroom to yourself.

  • Is breakfast included?

    Yes. Cereal, oat milk, coffee, tea and biscuits will be provided.

  • Is parking available at the property?

    Yes. Each room has one free private parking space.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact me in advance, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.

  • Is your property pet friendly?

    Yes, I have two indoor free roaming rabbits. You are welcomed to bring your small animals with you at additional charge. However, cats and dogs are not allowed as my bunnies are scared of big animals.
