Cancellation policy

Short Stay:

Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in to get a full refund

If cancelled after 24 hours before check-in, or after check-in, there's no refund

Monthly Stay:

Cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 28 days before check-in to get a full refund

If cancelled within 30 days of the check-in, or after check-in, there’s no refund
